For me, composing is a continuous process of growth, of learning. It’s important to be part of the larger musical community –

          no matter what level of musician you are – starting your studies, a recent graduate, or a seasoned professional.

Equally important is my commitment to give back in some way –

          to share knowledge, both learned on my own, and the vast amount others have shared with me.

I believe in everyone’s potential for LEADERSHIP

           to lead both their own careers and help as many people as possible along the way
