Program Notes:

Inspired by the ambiance of a cool lounge space -­‐ in a bar we frequented while visiting Paris one Christmas, I sought to capture both the essence of the experience itself as well as the utter relaxation I felt while there. I’m not a person who relaxes easily, so I gave myself the task of writing a piece that I imagined could be played here–where others would listen and chill.
