Musette

Program Notes:

I composed this piece at age 14. Years later, I finally entered the score into a notation program. This short piece is early classical in nature, reflective of what I was probably studying at the time. While the timing and meter appear regimented, the insertion of a couple of 5/8 bars reveals a bit of creative flexibility. The student can feel free to provide a more expressive performance than what appears on the page.
